Q: Can I cancel my coaching program at any time?
A: Yes, you'll just need to let us know 5 business days prior to the start of your billing cycle. There are no contracts and this is a month-to-month arrangement.

Q: When does my billing cycle begin?
A: Your billing cycle begins on the day of the month you first signed up. Ex. If signing up on January 5th, you will be billed at the time of enrollment, with next month's billing being on February 5th

Q: Do you guarantee results?
A: We wish we could, our recommendations are based on best practices learned from years of experience. We offer customized strategies, advice and resources, but there are many variables involved so our meeting on a regular basis allows us to optimize the execution of these strategies, garnering results that are typically very successful.

Q: What industries are you familiar with?
A: Bryce has an extensively diverse background in serving industries ranging from food service and tourism to B2B and traditional retail. More than likely, he has worked with businesses within your industry, but remember that having an objective, non-traditional background outside of your industry can be quite valuable too.

Q: Where does each strategy session take place?
A: In most cases, our initial session with you will take place at your place of business so we can see everything first-hand. Subsequent sessions with Bryce will take place within his 41st Ave. Capitola office.

Q: What do I walk away with after each session?
A: In each session, Bryce shares a variety of tools and resources he has developed as well as those he has vetted that will help make your life easier. This can include workbooks, templates, technology tips, and much more that will get your business on par right away.

Q: Is my purchase process secure?
A: Yes, it sure is. Our payment system takes you directly to Pay Pal, which is used world-wide amongst a majority of online e-commerce websites. You can also peruse our "privacy policy" link below too to read all about how we keep your information super secure.
